Progress Insights helps you reflect on your activity. The separate Your Activity screen shows how long Nobolite was actively open, with different date ranges for reviewing your usage.
Here’s how to get started.

Open your insights
Find Progress in profile settings and open Progress Insights. Choose the available range to review the period that interests you.

Look for a useful pattern
Review the information shown for that period and use it to decide what you want to continue or adjust.

Review app activity
Open Your Activity to see foreground app time. Switch between the available week, month, longer-term, and all-time ranges.
