01. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use Nobolite, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Standards presented in the app. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.
02. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your password, and controlling activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent an organization, or create accounts for fraud, ranking manipulation, harassment, or abuse.
03. Public profiles and visible activity
Nobolite is a public reputation platform. Profile names, IDs, profile images, comments, replies, likes, follows, and ranking signals may be visible to other users inside the app. You should only publish information, images, and statements that you are comfortable sharing within the service.
04. Identified chat and consent
Nobolite does not provide random or anonymous chat matching. Before a first conversation begins, the recipient sees the sender's profile photo, display name, and Nobolite ID. The first message remains hidden until the recipient accepts the request. The recipient may decline, report, or block the sender, and voice or video calls are unavailable until the request is accepted.
05. Community pulse and rankings
Community pulse, rankings, and profile visibility are based on platform activity and engagement. You may not use automation, spam, coordinated abuse, fake accounts, or misleading behavior to influence rankings or reputation signals. Nobolite may remove, limit, or reverse suspicious activity.
06. Zero tolerance for abusive content
Nobolite does not tolerate hate speech, threats, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, or other objectionable conduct. Text submissions are checked for high-risk objectionable language before posting. Content or accounts that violate these standards may be filtered, removed, disabled, or permanently ejected from the platform.
07. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Users can report chats, profiles, posts, recaps, comments, replies, and Moments, and can block abusive users from a profile or directly inside a chat. Blocking removes that user from the blocker's experience as quickly as possible, including profile, feed, chat, and notification visibility. Reports are reviewed by Nobolite, and moderation actions may include dismissal, content deletion, account disabling, permanent removal, or legal escalation where required.
08. Review and enforcement timing
Nobolite reviews valid reports of objectionable content and abusive users and acts within 24 hours. Depending on severity, urgency, evidence, and legal obligations, enforcement may include warnings, visibility restrictions, content removal, account disabling, permanent bans, or referral to appropriate authorities.
09. Privacy and data use
Nobolite stores account details, profile information, uploaded profile images, community activity, moderation records, security codes, notifications, and app-activity duration to operate and improve the service. While the app is open in the foreground, Nobolite sends periodic activity heartbeats and aggregates them into daily activity time. This helps users understand their habits and helps authorized administrators monitor service health, investigate abnormal use, and plan capacity. Background time and long idle gaps are excluded. Activity totals are available to the account holder and authorized administrators and are not displayed publicly. Security-sensitive actions such as email, password, and ID changes may require verification. Additional data-use details are governed by Nobolite’s Privacy Policy.
10. Search, visibility, and account controls
Turning ranking visibility off removes a profile from public ranking lists, but the profile may still remain searchable or reachable by direct access where needed for the platform to function. Users can disable or delete their accounts subject to Nobolite’s technical, moderation, safety, and legal obligations.
11. Content ownership and responsibility
You remain responsible for all content you submit, including profile information, comments, replies, and uploaded images. By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, safety, or legal rights.
12. Service changes and availability
Nobolite may improve, update, restrict, or remove features over time. We may also suspend access, investigate misuse, or limit certain actions when needed to keep the platform safe, legally compliant, reliable, and secure.
