We may collect the following categories of information when you use Nobolite:
- Account Information: your email address, login credentials, verification codes, and account status.
- Profile Information: your display name, public handle or ID, bio, motivational sentence, profile image, account type, and region details such as country or state.
- User Content: comments, replies, likes, follows, votes, reports, profile updates, and other content you choose to create or share.
- Ranking and Activity Data: community pulse activity, follower and following relationships, ranking visibility settings, and public engagement statistics.
- Technical Information: device and app usage information, IP address, general diagnostics, crash data, approximate region signals, and similar technical data necessary to operate and secure the service.
- Uploaded Media: profile photos and other images you submit through the service.
- Communications: password reset emails, OTP login or verification emails, service notices, and support messages.
- Moderation, Security, and Activity Data: moderation records, security codes, notifications, and app-activity duration used to operate and improve the service.
02. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- create and manage your Nobolite account;
- authenticate sign-in attempts and send verification or password reset codes;
- display and maintain your profile, profile image, rankings, and public reputation activity;
- enable comments, replies, follows, likes, notifications, and community pulse interactions;
- prevent spam, abuse, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access, and manipulation of rankings or engagement features;
- moderate content and enforce our community standards;
- improve app performance, reliability, and user experience;
- respond to support requests and account-related inquiries; and
- comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
03. Public information and visibility
Nobolite is a public reputation and community platform. Your public handle or Nobolite ID, display name, profile image, public comments and replies, likes, follows, follower counts, and ranking-related signals may be visible to other users. You should only publish information, images, and statements that you are comfortable sharing within the service.
You may have access to settings that control whether certain ranking details are visible. Turning ranking visibility off removes a profile from public ranking lists, but the profile may still remain searchable or reachable by direct access where needed for the platform to function.
04. Identified chat and consent
Nobolite does not provide random or anonymous chat matching. Before a first conversation begins, the recipient sees the sender's profile photo, display name, and Nobolite ID. The first message remains hidden until the recipient accepts the request. The recipient may decline, report, or block the sender, and voice or video calls are unavailable until the request is accepted.
05. App activity and authorized access
While the app is open in the foreground, Nobolite sends periodic activity heartbeats and aggregates them into daily activity time. This helps users understand their habits and helps authorized administrators monitor service health, investigate abnormal use, and plan capacity. Background time and long idle gaps are excluded. Activity totals are available to the account holder and authorized administrators and are not displayed publicly.
06. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:
- With other users: when your profile or content is intentionally public within the app.
- With service providers: hosting, infrastructure, storage, database, analytics, authentication, email delivery, customer support, and similar operational providers that help us run Nobolite.
- For legal reasons: if required to comply with law, protect user safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our rights and policies.
- Business changes: if Nobolite is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
07. Email and account verification
Nobolite may send one-time passwords, login codes, password reset emails, security verification emails, and important account notices. These messages are required for account security and service functionality.
Security-sensitive actions such as email, password, and ID changes may require verification.
08. Content ownership and responsibility
You remain responsible for all content you submit, including profile information, comments, replies, and uploaded images. By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, safety, or legal rights.
09. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Users can report chats, profiles, posts, recaps, comments, replies, and Moments, and can block abusive users from a profile or directly inside a chat. Blocking removes that user from the blocker's experience as quickly as possible, including profile, feed, chat, and notification visibility. Reports are reviewed by Nobolite, and moderation actions may include dismissal, content deletion, account disabling, permanent removal, or legal escalation where required.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you disable your account, some information may remain retained for operational, legal, safety, audit, or abuse-prevention reasons. If you request deletion of your account, we will process that request in accordance with our systems, legal obligations, and legitimate retention needs.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access or review certain account information;
- update your profile details and account settings;
- request password reset access or security verification;
- disable your account;
- request deletion of your account; and
- contact us regarding questions about your personal information.

Users can disable or delete their accounts subject to Nobolite’s technical, moderation, safety, and legal obligations.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children's Privacy
Nobolite is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us and we will review the matter.
Nobolite may review reports, account activity, uploaded content, profile information, comments, replies, and other relevant platform signals to detect abusive or exploitative behavior. Where appropriate, we may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, disable access, or permanently delete accounts.
Nobolite may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations related to child safety.
14. International Processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on where our systems or service providers operate. By using Nobolite, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in these locations subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Nobolite after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy will apply going forward.
