01. Zero tolerance for abusive content
Nobolite does not tolerate hate speech, threats, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, or other objectionable conduct. Text submissions are checked for high-risk objectionable language before posting. Content or accounts that violate these standards may be filtered, removed, disabled, or permanently ejected from the platform.
02. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Users can report chats, profiles, posts, recaps, comments, replies, and Moments, and can block abusive users from a profile or directly inside a chat. Blocking removes that user from the blocker's experience as quickly as possible, including profile, feed, chat, and notification visibility. Reports are reviewed by Nobolite, and moderation actions may include dismissal, content deletion, account disabling, permanent removal, or legal escalation where required.
03. Review and enforcement timing
Nobolite reviews valid reports of objectionable content and abusive users and acts within 24 hours. Depending on severity, urgency, evidence, and legal obligations, enforcement may include warnings, visibility restrictions, content removal, account disabling, permanent bans, or referral to appropriate authorities.
04. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Nobolite prohibits any content, conduct, grooming behavior, solicitation, exploitation, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or any other material connected to child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any such activity is forbidden on the platform.
05. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- sexualized comments, replies, messages, or profile content involving minors;
- grooming, coercion, or predatory contact with minors;
- sharing, requesting, linking to, or distributing exploitative material;
- impersonation or deceptive behavior intended to target minors; and
- any attempt to use Nobolite to facilitate abuse, exploitation, or trafficking.
06. Detection and Enforcement
Nobolite may review reports, account activity, uploaded content, profile information, comments, replies, and other relevant platform signals to detect abusive or exploitative behavior. Where appropriate, we may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, disable access, or permanently delete accounts.
07. Reporting and Escalation
Users may report safety concerns by contacting our support team. Nobolite reserves the right to investigate reported content or conduct and to escalate matters to relevant authorities, child-safety organizations, or legal processes where required.
08. Cooperation With Law Enforcement
Nobolite may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations related to child safety.
09. Account Action and Removal
Accounts found to be involved in CSAE-related activity may be removed immediately and permanently. Nobolite may also restrict, review, or remove related content or associated accounts where needed to protect the platform and its users.
